Gage Industries is founded and run by Kelly — eight years in naval nuclear power, six in critical-infrastructure maintenance, four in heavy industry; started as a mechanic, worked up to maintenance manager. Today Kelly still runs the department at a 24/7 mineral-processing plant — mills, kilns, conveyors, and the planning chaos of keeping them alive.
Gage exists because the software available to maintenance teams was built by people who've never closed a work order at 2am. Trove exists because the founder needed a way to capture what happens on the floor — handovers, vendor calls, "the tire sprung a leak on a spring rod" — before it evaporated.
Every feature ships the same way: it gets used on a real plant floor first. If it doesn't survive a night shift, it doesn't ship.

Trove started as the founder's own capture tool — a way to keep handovers, vendor calls, and 2am observations from evaporating between shifts. It grew into a separate product: the individual's operational memory — what you saw, heard, and promised between shifts. Gage is the facility's system of record; Trove is the person's, at trove.gage.industries.
