Customers own all data they put into our products. Our contracts include full export — CSV and SQL — on demand and at termination, at no fee.
Published. Contracts include a 3-year price lock; renewal increases after that are capped at CPI or 5%. No auto-renew traps.

Our contracts commit to a P1 response within 4 business hours and P2 by the next business day, with service credits if we miss. We don't promise what we can't staff.
